It is anticipated that the Review will include at least a main problem and at least one sub-problem or related area.Some candidates will feel the need to include an additional sub-problem or related area, but it is not required at this time. As stated, both primary and secondary sources should be considered, but secondary sources do not need to beanalyzed at this time.
