For our weekly discussion, you need to select a topic from our weekly reading and conduct additional research. Once completed, post your findings on your selected topic (250-300 words) and the discussion question you developed for your classmates to answer.

• In your concluding paragraph, discuss your own feelings and perspective on the issues, including how these apply to your current job or a previous position/organization.
• Finally, develop a discussion question as a result of your research and post your completed discussion and question to the discussion board by Day 3.
