Is a seller allowed to keep a listing’s status as active when it is under contract?

We ratified a contract on the home we plan to purchase on May 31 (contingent with kick-out) however, as of June 5th the status of the listing in MLS and FMLS is still “active”. Is the selling agent required to change the status of the listing to “pending” or “contingent with kick-out”? If it is required and it has not been done (or the sellers refuse to change it) who can I contact to resolve/report this issue?
