Project Management You must analyze each line in the WBS and list the activities necessary to complete each deliverable There are three levels in this WBS; level 1: the project name, level 2: the summary tasks, level 3: the subtasks.  Every level needs to be expanded on by at least one subtask (except level 1). This means there will be, at most, four levels in this WBS. Level 2 summary tasks are common and will have well known subtasks so be on the look out for these activities we should think about what tasks/work needs to be done to meet the requirements we chose in the scope statement.
