product liability

| December 14, 2015

Myself (the creditor) has supplied a product to a customer whom has a long term outstanding payment and refuses to pay.

I have sent numerous emails regarding the payment in which he keeps putting off, he (the customer) is well over his 30 day credit and the idea is for members of my firm to enter the customers firm (a furniture store) and ask for the payment face-to face, if the customer refuses the payment then, we repossess £350 worth of goods; the same amount of which he will not pay for his goods we supplied to him, the question is, can I legally repossess funiture from his store to cover the costs of his outstanding payment?
