You are to provide written feedback to the negotiation exercise partner. The purpose of the feedback is to allow you convey your thoughts and perceptions to your partner so he/she can gain self-awareness and become more effective negotiator. You are to turn in one paper or electronic copy of the feedback write-up to the instructor and you are also to give a copy of your write-up to your negotiating partner before/on the due date of March 17th.
The write-up should address the following questions:
1) What were your perceptions, reactions, or feelings about your partner’s negotiation strategy/ style?
2) What made it easy/difficult to negotiate with the other party? What factors influenced your negotiation process and outcome?
3) What advice would you give to your partner to help them negotiate more effectively in the future?
