1.) Wholey et al. (2010) discusses the purpose and value of exploratory evaluation to “help evaluators and others to identify priorities for further evaluation work and ensure the feasibility and usefulness of further evaluation.”  Box 4.2 and Box 4.3 of the chapter provide questions that evaluators should ask during the “evaluability assessment”.  Select 3 questions and briefly explain how they will help you in the program design process.
