1. Choose three jobs existing in your organization from the same job family. Conduct job analysis with the job holders and write the subsequent job descriptions. Submit your job analysis forms as well as the final job descriptions.
2. Prepare a business case to your management (me!) to choose one of the three job evaluation systems discussed in the course (Hay, Mercer or Meirc). Discuss advantages and disadvantages of each system as it relates to your organization and make your final recommendation.
3. Build a new salary structure for your organization. Decide the number of grades and the salary ranges.
