The purpose of this assignment is to assess your ability to: Illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of web-based communication. Identify methods of online communication. Action Items Complete the following items listed in the Week 1 Reading and Preparation object: Read “Communication Strategies for Organisational Change: Designing and Delivering the Perfect Webinar.” Read “Relating Social Media Technologies to Performance: A Capabilities-based Perspective.” Compose a 750- to 1000-word paper in which you: Identify a minimum of three methods of online communication used by organizations in today’s marketplace. Describe specific advantages and disadvantages of each method for use in facilitating exchange of information. Cite a minimum of three scholarly resources. Ideas are arranged in a way that guides the reader without confusion. 10 points In general, analysis is adequately structured in a way that is not confusing to the reader. 7 points Analysis is illogical and poorly structured. Ideas are presented in a way that is confusing to the reader. 5 points Mechanics No spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes.
